Our Wedding Weekend Package includes exclusive access to the venue and on-site lodging accommodations for up to 10 guests, allowing you to enjoy your wedding weekend with family and friends in one beautiful location.
Package: $3,200

Pricing & Fees

  • Wedding Weekend Package: $3,200
  • Cleaning Fee: $300
  • Security Deposit: $500 (refundable if no damage occurs)

Reservation & Payment

  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your wedding date.
  • Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
  • $500 security deposit refunded following a post-event inspection (if no damages).

Venue Policies

  • All music and amplified sound must be turned off by 9:00 PM out of respect for neighboring properties.
  • Guests are welcome to continue enjoying the venue after 10:00 PM; however, noise levels must be kept to a minimum.
  • No pets are allowed on the property unless they are service animals as defined by law.
  • The venue must be left in good condition to receive the full security deposit refund.

ONE-BUILDING EVENT RENTAL

Perfect for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Gatherings, and Small Events.
Rental Fee: $600 per day

Includes

  • Exclusive use of one event building
  • Access during the rental period for setup, event, and cleanup
  • Tables and chairs available on-site
  • Guest parking
  • Access to designated outdoor areas surrounding the building

Reservation & Payment

  • $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the date
  • Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event

Venue Policies

  • Event hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • All music and amplified sound must be turned off by 9:00 PM
  • No overnight accommodations included
  • No access to additional buildings on the property
  • No pets allowed unless they are service animals as defined by law
  • Decorations are welcome but may not damage the property
  • Venue must be left in good condition upon departure

TWO-BUILDING RENTAL

Expand your event space with access to both of our charming venue buildings. Ideal for larger gatherings that require dedicated spaces for distinct activities.
$1,100 per day

Reservation & Payment

  • $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
  • Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.

  • Event hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • All music and amplified sound must be turned off by 9:00 PM out of respect for neighboring properties.
  • Guests are welcome to remain on the property after 10:00 PM; however, noise must be kept to a minimum.
